Well it was released during the peak of the pandemic, when it was very difficult to film anything.

Since then it has been possible for her to film things, as shown by the 911 video.

So it is very much possible that it could have been filmed, at some point after the album was released. And again as shown by 911, her label/sponsors are willing to finance videos that will not necessarily be singles/hugely successful.

The only problem is whether or not she wanted to do it.
