They printed all things (which were designed for the digipack) for standard jewelcases. In the inner rings of the disc are laser watermarks of Universal Music and the catalogue number. Just the applause cover printed on thick paper. It's like someone home-made this and sold it for too much money. I thought lithographs were always made of foil+cardboard?
