I remember hearing the song for the first timeand thinking “okay, this is gonna be the second single for sure”. I had the same thought when I heard Do What U Want. I wish Million Reasons was the lead single though... Perfect Illusion is great but it doesn't deserve to be a single at all imo. Or if you can to release the song with the biggest potential as the second single (following Gaga's strategy), choose A-YO to be the lead.
