It wasn't an insider that spilled on Bieber coming here, but a known journalist and there's nothing on Gaga yet. Besides the other rumour of Gaga, Miley, Dua and Pabllo Vittar on the same night that again no one mentioned a single source but it spread all over twitter. RiR never does a festival date with only pop divas, they need to diversify genres to maximize public. Still, stans believe what they wanna believe.
