I'm scared bc this is the beginning of the government and companies trying to find their ways into our brains/minds imo. I refuse to let anyone have control over MY BRAIN. Humanity is so depraved; this is truly the end when people literally start trying to steal away your mind, conscious, emotions, etc. There's so many unfortunate/needy people in the world who lack basic essentials (food, water, shelter, etc.), which is bad, but it's beyond disturbing when people lose their basic human right to have privacy of mind, freedom of thought, self awareness, etc. I have no hope for humanity at this point. I dont like the guy and I wish someone else was doing this, but this kind of technology was going to happen regardless. And the medical sigificance of this will change life completely just like nanomachines will in a few years. Want a conspiracy surrounding it? Try the fact that this is something that will most likely be available for rich people, who will now get a health and inteligence boost, making them more powerful, and how society will have a kind of division that we've never seen before. Science cant even explain conscience yet and yall expect Elon to mind control the world with this? Thats not how this works. We are probably centuries away from actually controlling a human through something like a chip. The most this can do, is make sure your brain works in the most optimal way possible.
