KARMA 1,022
On top of being the best Gaga song ever, I saw a lot of comments about replay being inspired or influenced by Russian folk. Especially during the pre-chorus and or breakdown So which Russian folk song inspired the song the best? Or is it just the general sounding of it?
Cherry Blues 349
I'm Russian and i love really Russian folk music. Who said that it's inspired by Russian folk music. Maybe they said that because Russian traditional folk music has a very graceful vibe and Replay sounds so elegant. Â Here is a beautiful Russian folk piece for comparison. Very gracious đš Â

CautiousLurker 16,626
I adore the song, and I intrinsically hate stuff that was influence by Russian folk... anything, so... there can't be much of it in Replay
