And how the nation mourned together after the Columbine shooting, but now it's just the regular weekly news? Like noone is the tiniest bit surprised anymore it's that frequent. Just keep scrolling and see the same headline again the next week. "Oh look another shooting" we murmur nonchalantly to the person next to us, and move on. Like, how is there a debate about gun violence and restrictions? How is that even a question? I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. And dont even use the excuse that you could still find a way to buy one. Cause most people wouldnt know how and where to get a gun if they werent so readily available. And people always say “well it’s that persons right”. Okay well is it okay to kill people?
