It says it right there that they are already using it on people, thousands of healthcare workers on Australia and the Netherlands, all thats left is to see if they get a lower serious sickness/death rates among them. And Id say theres a huge chance other countries might join in like they did with hidroxycloroquine, and that one has a lot of risks, this vaccine doesnt.
