In Germany they think we may solve the problem until July, but that would be stupid as hell.

That's because tests are mandatory. There are multiple drugs that seem to work, but they must be tested for side effects or efficiency. On this vaccine, the tests have started, as you can read in the article. 

If it works, it may be used until a proper vaccine is made, since that it will take even longer to be approved.

Exactly, wich is why we should stop spreading news every single day that they discovered a medicine and that an old medication might work. Tell us when it works and ready to be used on people.
