When she likes a song  later on which she didn't like in the reaction video she throws some reference like this. Cause obviously she won't make a video on it again. And smart of her to keep stupid love part in katy's video. She knows a lot about industry and fanbase.

Edit: Oh she loved both the song and video. Her favourite song of katy after THAT era. Its a gorgeous song and video. I still get celine dion ashes vibe from the song though.
