Then 8 more years after the Dem establishment nominates a corporatist shill... I'm feeling very pessimistic right now. We're going to miss our moment, I'm afraid. As passionate as I am about politics, I even barely found time to do it with my work schedule. Older adults have the luxury of free time. Elections should be holidays. Don't your place allow early voting? I always send in my ballots by mail because of the same reason (busy with works). I am in Calif. and got my ballot for this SS during Iowa Caucus. I mean, Bernie won in the same way he did in Nevada as Biden's did in SC, and what did the media do? Nothing about it. They brushed it aside. And now look, with Klobuchar and Buttigieg stepping down to endorse Biden, that helps. A lot. If Warren did the same with Bernie, that'd be more even, and I bet Bernie would've been winning a lot of these close states. And how does that excuse the miserable young voter turnout of today? They were supposed to be the ones that carried Bernie to the top. Or Biden winning states Bernie won in 2016? We can blame it on the media and the DNC all we want, but the truth is that Bernie just didnt draw enough voters today. Biden getting an endorsment boost is not to blame for Bernie's core base having such low turnouts.

If he can’t win in states he is expected to against Biden, he certainly won’t be able to beat Trump either. I like Bernie. He seems awesome. But this is bad for him. It’s because the Democratic establishment promises us nothing. No young person genuinely wants to come out and vote for someone like Joe Biden, Amy Klobuchar, or Pete Buttigieg, but there are the few brainwashed sheeple that do get excited over these people.
