Even without the current restrictions in place. Unless you're someone in the industry with direct experience and connections yourself then no, you don't know that it's enough time. I'm pretty sure a lot of her "financial resources and connections" are either laid off/ temporary not working/ working from home (which makes things difficult)/ quaranteed etc etc... A lot of sh*t is happening in this world right now and making a last minute promotional plan isn't easily as feasible than say... a month ago and beyond.
