And as I said, I am entirely aware that 2 people is less than 8 or so, but we're looking at exponentially slower results, and reports of "quality control" and earlier stories about the app being slow and possibly delaying vote results. 2% is so low that we really cant predict any trends anywhere about anything at all, so I have no commitment to how things are going now. It's a known problem that technology creates unanticipated problems. They should've thought of it. Scaled their servers more. Because now the turnout is more than they expected and the server is probably overloading.
