Electric Mary 1,051
I love Gaga but this show ( or a least 70%) of it was pure cringe, the outfits are so horrible and I think she should use more dancers, the stage feels super empty and boring only with her and 4-5 dancers sometimes .... it had some great moments like the intro and the edge of glory but overall it’s a miss for me

But her "bad bi tch, queen attitude" is still here, you just have to watch the jazz and piano show. There’s a difference about being theatrical ala born this way ball ( where i could take her seriously) and this show ....sometimes it feels like she’s talking to kids and it’s just out of place

I just don’t know what’s happening to her , I’m sorry but it’s like she doesn’t know her core audience anymore. It’s like she lost us and she doesn’t know how to interact with us anymore ... every other tour it had a connection and even though it was campy and over the top I it was professional and well thought ... I’m sorry but I could compare this to a Disney show ( dialogue wise )
Bolkins 4,125
I think she might be bored of singing the same old stuff over and over again. It’s also kinda boring hearing it lbr. I think she should ditch the old hits going forward and focus her shows on new material, I think it would reignite her passion. If Beyoncé and Ariana both were able to move on from their past hits Gaga should too Not the bore worms!
Blade 5,603
The b*tch used to say „I will never do the same show twice“ and yet here we are. Not saying I expected more from her, I don‘t anymore. I‘ve learned that I better keep my expectations very low with her.

Which makes sense considering it’s the show she’s been doing for over a year now. No one would have complained if they were told that they would get professional footage of the JWT. It’s not "doing the same show twice" – it’s just... getting professional footage of an existing show. Which she has done before, and everyone was happy about it. But the only reason this isn’t ok is because of unrealistic expectations and hype that the fans are generating. She is not responsible for that. That’s on you all. Yeah like I said I stopped hyping her up cause I‘ve learned better lol Some people need to understand that she‘s not the same „iconic free bitch“ from 2011. She‘s grown and her priorities have changed too. I just wish the quality of her work wouldn‘t suffer from her personal growth.
Suuus 5,632
I just watched the livestream and i dont know what yall are complaining about it was fan****ingtastic and the only thing that is cringy here are the complaining fans and this is probably the reason why gaga didnt even bother hyping the event because all yall were gunna do is complain
Kattys 4,319
I will say it once and leave it - if she feels like dancing is just too much for her, she should leave it for dancers. Do minimal moves, focus on vocals, just do some elementary moves in sync with dancers. Or just do entire tour dedicated just for singing. Rock bands just sing and play and everyone are happy. ImMatt 1,778
Personally I think the problem is very simple: Throughout her career we've seen Gaga have 1/10 moments and other times her have 10/10 moments. One minute we're tearing her hair out over her, the next she's the one snatching our weave. It's tough to hit the 10/10 mark every time and I think she's one of the most inconsistent artists out there, but that's what makes her interesting and fun to follow! The whole point is we want to see her achieve her 10/10 potential every time but that's difficult to do. Last night's Enigma performance was definitely not bad, it was good. It didn't blow anyone away but it's difficult to do that when the majority of the set list is nearly 10 years old. I've always been surprised that there wasn't more ASIB songs in Enigma, but that's her decision I guess. I'm hoping for LG6 to start coming sharpish so we can move forward as a fanbase and get excited about new things rather than pick apart topics we've discussed a million times before. Bjaf 1,336
I understand and agree, to a certain extent, with the disappointment that some of you have voiced. But I think some of you really need to go and have a look at some older performances from the Monster Ball, or even BTWB. She has always had this kind of campy and "cringey" energy that some are complaining about. And she has always struggled a bit with vocals when having to do a long show (which is totally normal considering the ridiculous amount of choreography she has to keep up with – they really should consider toning it down). If anything, her vocals are better now than they were then. I think a lot of you are projecting on Gaga an image that you have kept with you since seeing her as a young fan, but that isn’t an actual depiction of her as a person or a performer. And don’t come @ me with one or two Youtube videos to prove me how much she’s changed and that she isn’t the same or whatever — I know she’s done incredible things, and I guess it’s true that she might not be as passionate as she used to be. But it is definitely not as drastic as some of you make it out to be.

"Show must be great, we must have crazy costumes, I must dance to everything, every song must be played in album version". That is not it for me. She could stand there with a t-shirt and a microphone, with no dancers and sing her songs in new versions and I would be excited. I think the problem is with the whole concept, or simply super fans just aren't the audience for this show - this show is for GP, to sing old songs and have fun.
