I've listened to Billie's full discography and she whispers in everything including wish you were gay so I don't approve that mass misinformation she is trying to create right there. Well as a consumer of music you kind of judge who is good and who is not. Billie can't sing, and what she does is produces noise which is very soft like a whisper. You can sing softly but it doesn't have to sound bad, for example Ariana Grande. Ari's voice is very light and breathy, but it has impact and she is one of the best vocalists of today.
