Dutch 91,275
The Fame changed the whole industry from music, to looks, to music videos, so that one. I said what I said.
HeavyyMetalVenuss 1,765
born this way is the clear frontrunner for me, the fame in second. born this way’s looks, photoshoots, song concepts, and tour design were easily gaga at her most creative and experimental. the horns, jo calderone, the vessel, A-game gaga. the fame, after i just watched @Stephen‘s documentary, really was a masterpiece debut. all of the thought behind something as simple as the type of piano or small sfx in the background of a song show this. the ipod glasses, disco stick, fire bra, all had meaning behind them! and i think what helped tf’s creative process is going from a nobody, and having to make the most of what you have, to skyrocketing into a massive star and putting those initial ideas into play with the resources you suddenly earn Cake like Malibu Gaga

Venus would be a horrible single lmao. under performance has nothing to do with creativity which is what we are talking about here. Also when I said creative album I'm talking not just concept but videos, performances, music, activism, the whole era. ARTPOP has amazing concept, just confusing ha. Video, performances, and music ARTPOP lost all to BTW tho. Whether or not Venus will be a horrible single doesn't deter the fact that it "could" have bombastic and creative imagery like Applause (which is one of my fav videos from Gaga). Marry the Night failed as a single but it had amazing and creative live performances (singing on a moon, beheaded, playing a car piano, and singing on top of a junk yard with painted skull faces). Not to mention another one of my fav videos. ARTPOP being EDM was just not very creative when it came out in 2013 when everyone was doing EDM. TBH everyone was kinda tired of the sound already. Gaga's performances during ARTPOP were not very memorable after Applause either. Cause once you let it go you better know it's gone

Sorry, I meant to respond to "it didn't work' in your past statement I think EDM was considered dated back during the final quarter of 2013 and gp moved onto a more stripped down sound 2014 and ARTPOP was planned for earlier 2013/late 2012
Inferno 2,880
I would say she was at her most Gaga creatively with Born This Way and The Fame

RAMROD 109,309
It is BORN THIS WAY tbh It is like her most wild and experimental so far. It is like a jukebox of fun.
