SamJ 8,008
Although we already have a rough idea about which songs of hers will stand the test of time with the gp, public opinion can still change over time and some songs that were really popular at one time can appear much less important and impactful decades later. I did a ranking of my top 20 Gaga songs that i feel deserve to be respected long in the future. Number 1 being my favourite. 1.The Edge Of Glory 2.Paparazzi 3.Bad Romance 4.Just Dance 5.Marry The Night 6.Applause 7.Shallow 8.Born This Way 9.Alejandro 10.Always Remember Us This Way 11.Hair 12.Telephone 13.Joanne 14.Judas 15.I'll Never Love Again 16.Dance In The Dark 17.Look What I Found 18.Do What U Want 19.Monster 20.Poker Face Don't come for me with Million Reasons, i love it but i couldnt put it above any of these songs. NewUsername 11,375
Well, for now, the songs that WILL be most remembered are, in no particular order: - Poker Face - Paparazzi - Bad Romance - Telephone - Alejandro - Born This Way - Shallow
DutchHooker 8,490
The entire Born This Way album. We need DarkGa with Bops so we can rule the industry again and learn the other popgirls how to snatch 'em wigs to ultimate baldness!!

Didymus 34,379
You couldn't put MR over a song that is literally deleted from her discography? Not even over Look What I Found? Monster? The bias jumped out. The songs that will go down in history are just most of her singles... it's not that complicated Of those singles, I think Bad Romance, Poker Face and Shallow will appear as the signature songs most easily remembered by the GP. RenegAde 19,127
-BAD ROMANCE -APPLAUSE (if ARTPOP era wasn't so messy this would have been another bad romance ) -SHALLOW (the GP loves this so much and whenever anyone watcheds the movie they will remember the songs ) -BORN THIS WAY (gay pride will never stop playing this) -PERFECT ILLUSON ( it was a big mistake starting Joanne era with this but maybe if she released it in February this year right after splitting with carino) -TELEPHONE -POKER FACE -ALEJANDRO -LOVE GAME (it is always so good live ) -JUST DANCE -EDGE OF GLORY ( would have been higher if the original video concept wasn't scrapped ) -YOU AND I (one of her best works creatively ) -EH EH (nothing else I can say )fight me -GUY ( the hit that got away) - MARRY THE NIGHT (an anthem) -JUDAS -DANCE IN THE DARK -FASHION OF HIS LoVE (I'm sorry guys but I love this song) -PAPARAZZI -ILL NEVER LOVE AGAIN ( her best song vocally )

No i enjoy dwuw with Christina more than MR, i love MR it would probably be 21. Monster has some potentially iconic lines in it, and the nostalgia of that song just has me hooked and LWIF has a better rhythm imo than MR, and i like how she sounds so positive on LWIF whereas MR is one i couldnt listen to so often. I see what your saying and yes my list is biased of course im just saying if everyone thought like me those would be her 20 biggest songs
FfFfFfFF 55,688
Well the song we would want to be remember as her biggest hits and the song that will be remembered as her biggest hits are two distinct categories that could or could not overlap. For example, there is no way The Edge Of Glory will be more remembered than Poker Face and Bad Romance. So my answer: 1. Bad Romance 2. Poker Face 3. Shallow 4. Just Dance 5. Born This Way 6. Alejandro 7. Paparazzi 8. Telephone 9. Applause 10. The Edge Of Glory

I doubt Alejandro and beyond would be more instantly recognizable than TEOG

Here at least, Alejandro will be remember just as much as Bad Romance and Poker Face, if not more. You can see here that they are kind of on par with Alejandro hitting #1 in more countries though: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Edge_of_Glory#Charts https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alejandro_(song)#Charts

AlexanderMagno 10,746
The Edge of Glory and Do What U Want are, for me, the songs that deserved the longest impact. But of course, DWUW was deleted and TEOG is overshadowed by her own fanbase because of a simple music video (which is actually really good). But I don't think the public perception will change that much in the future. Bad Romance, Poker Face, Paparazzi, Born This Way and Shallow will probably remain very big and influential. The only surprise is probably Paparazzi, I think it has managed to remain recognisable and a signature, even as a popular culture hit. And I believe it will continue to grow. And Born This Way, although controversial, is starting to lose the "hit" stamp to finally be accepted as an LGBT hymn, and will probably continue that path as years go by. Just Dance, Alejandro, Applause, even Million Reasons, they were hits but I'm not sure they will grow bigger than just hit songs.
