Cassidyfal 758
My love for Gaga never dies. Lately idk why but I feel less connected to Gaga. I love what she's doing. I tried so hard to make myself like the ASIB songs but I just don't get the high off those. I really wish I was into ASIB and the Enigma stuff but its just not hitting the high and I wish it would. I appreciate and respect gaga so much for what she is doing and I think its amazing how her soul never ages. Just the energy faded, not physically but just to me with my connection to her. The vogue metgala video was beautiful, i just saw material but no personality. I am still stanning gaga's political movements and such. - Clarification: I loved the ASIB movie, just couldn't click with the songs. I also love Joanne (I don't consider that recent) I feel like maybe I don't like the ASIB songs and Metgala stuff cause I feel as it she sorta didn't create it through her vains in a way. Gaga said she some stuff for ASIB and I believe her, its just for Hollywood movies I'm sure they had many degreed professional producers write all sorts of content in there. Not that gaga chosen that, but just movies in Hollywood don't make it out without trained professional assistance to say the least. I feel less into Gaga's CURRENT MATERIAL, NOT Gaga Maybe I'm just hallucinating from deprivation of lg6. I just wonder if anyone can relate to me, anyone? Ashley 9,569
I’m sorry you don’t like the ASIB songs, it really is some of her best material imo. Just a fantastic soundtrack. I don’t know how you didn’t see Gaga’s personality shine through at the Met Gala either. To me it was classic campy Lady Gaga.
Dilwyn 4,090
I think lg6 is gonna be the gaga the people miss, but i honestly love that she is very unpredictable and changes at lot. Makes her a very interesting artist to watch. I also don't mind the sound of joanne and asib, so i was ok with it.
Shipper 13,088
ASIB just gave me all I wanted and more. It all depends on our preference but personally, I don't mind if she releases LG6 next year because I'm still higly enjoying ASIB even more than Joanne. It's totally fine to feel the way you're feeling though. Just don't hype yourself too much. 🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶

Everything else is well.. yeeeeahh
REALITY 77,307
Not everything is for everyone. ASIB has some of the best songs she's ever made in her career, but that's just my opinion. Honestly, I'm sort of indifferent towards the Enigma stuff, though. Maybe once LG6 rolls around, you'll really enjoy it. LaLa 19,703
It's okay to grow and change as a person, and sometimes your relationships to things change too. Something you lived and breathed before can become something you still love, but in a less intense way. (When I was younger I was HUGE into the Harry Potter fandom online... like HUGE. But I ''grew out" of it in a way, although there will always be special meaning for me there.) Maybe something similar is happening for you with Gaga? It's okay to become a more 'casual' fan if that suits you better now.

Noir 17,544
It’s a shame you feel this way but for me personally nope. Everything she does next is a twist in another direction and something wonderful and different to enjoy, I love Poker Face as much as I love Shallow - i think the spontaneity to change and adapt is part of her charm. For me anyway.
Judas Society 3,584
I'm sorry you feel that we all feel that way for some things that she does. For me personally, I love her for her versatility, not just her specific pop songs. I was never a fan since the Fame or Fame Monster era (oops) though I was intrigued. But with Born This Way, she brought out the monster in me, helped me through accepting my gay self by giving me the gay anthem of my life. Then came ARTPOP, which I wasn't feeling as much though I love her experimentation in it, then she did C2C which just solidified her artistic values that reaffirms me of why I stan this bitch. I guess I'm trying to say that since I don't only listen to pop songs, I stan her versatile artistry more than her pop persona. That is why I love her even more after ASIB because that bitch proved she can make music that isn't purely pop instead of just lending her voice like some "artists". Not to mention Joanne just surprised me even more than ARTPOP did. That bitch is a true music student and used what she learned to make music for everyone. Ariana Grindr 3,173
Honestly and non-judgingly I cannot relate. But that’s why we all are different people. I’m a person that gets bored easily and I am constantly looking for something new and different from the previous in my life, in all parts and aspects, which is why I think I will always be hooked on GAGA, monsters expect a sound and image from her but from the very beginning she showed that was not who she was nor who se wanted to be. She is truly every icon because she is not afraid of change.
imnotyourbabe10 6,102
Relate to an extent. Her work has been consistent and innovative. ASIB is fabulous and well-executed. I'm just needing some lighter music. There's a heavy tone to some of her recent work, I feel -- Joanne (while there were some bops, the theme of her aunt and those found in Angel Down, Grigio Girls and so forth are rather sad). As for ASIB, well, you already know. I realize her work has never been particularly airy or fluffy but I long for those "bops" like Bad Romance, Judas or Paparazzi (even Alejandro), which have darker undertones (the demise of relationships) but through the guise of pop. Hope this made some sense -- it's highly subjective, I know. And I'm not trying to change her or run away from this site -- it's a fun fandom :-)
