Which to me, is even more of an argument for how saturated its already become. It would be like Gaga barely doing tropical house except even more late to the party because vaporwave was new territory literally like 10 years ago. Shes already touched on darkwave vaguely in albums like The Fame Monster and Born This Way, but darkwave is a real established and therefore timeless subgenre. i feel like vaporwave was more of a trend thats been tapering off little by little since its inception, rather than timeless.
