Is this the right LG6 strategy?

I mean... it's been a month since she has been posting anything.

Yes i want her to relax and take a break and she needs it 💓

But the hype is real, everybody loves her... why is she sooo silent. 

Is this the right strategy? Should she wait till Autumn? Or should she release as soon as possible?

I feel like she should have released in March. It's going to be so crowded with releases for the next few months. Early May could work, take advantage of the Met Gala and before the new Madonna album drops and the new Lion King soundtrack—you know Disney is going to throw a ton of money at promoting the soundtrack. But I wouldn't be surprised if it drops August—October, or even January (9 months after the tweet).

My tin foil theory is she planned to release in late March to capitalize off the remaining buzz from Oscar season and Interscope held it up because ASIB is doing so well, still, with pure sales. The label makes so much more money through pure sales than streaming.

It’s so tiring I don’t care anymore tbh. We are talking about Gaga, aka queen of scrapping. I stopped hyping around 2 weeks ago and I’m not going to anymore, if she drops something then great and I will be very surprised, but honestly I don’t see anything on a horizon except for Haus Beauty.

Well I think everyone is ready fans are ready And summer is near everybody wants hear samthin make them dancin and all the media focused on her sience she won the oscar she should be quick thats the right time.

Yeah, I kind of feel this way. I'm not going to get  hyped up  beyond looking forward to new music from her in general....because I could honestly see it coming next month or even in six months considering her past history of scrapping, etc.

The correct strategy, Haus take notes!

Sticking to the pregnancy concept Gaga created.

1. Gaga drops a baby picture saying gender reveal with a random date like May 3. She’ll drop LG6 lead to reveal what direction of music she going into.

2. LG6 lead gets 1-2 live performances then is included in Enigma’s setlist.

3. REMOVE the idea of having a promo single this era because it never works!

4. After summer Enigma dates, Gaga drops another baby pic with a random date saying baby shower. This is her moment to drop the second single (hopefully a good collab). At this point LG6 is still secretive with no leaks. 

5. Gaga randomly IG story/tweets 👶🏻 and do a surprise album release in August. 

6. Before October Enigma dates, a third single is released. Then Gaga will revamp the residency and include more LG6 tracks.

Honestly the only reason strategy matters is because we're all worried that the music won't be good enough to do without a strategic approach to it's release. Just dance blew up when nobody even knew her...their doesn't need to be hype if the music is good. We all know Gaga at her best doesn't need a strategy and we should stop panicking about it so much and start having faith. Gaga has never stuck with the crowd. The new music isn't going to sound like anything on the radio. She's a gambler and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. That's just a sacrifice you have to make in order to become legendary.

I'm hoping that the growth and lessons learned through the creation of ARTPOP and Joanne will lead to the creation of her magnum opus (imo this hasn't been made yet,) but only time will tell. We just have to wait and let the music speak for itself.

i´m pretty sure we have another week of total silence ahead of us and eighter 22 or 24 of april we get a teaser or something cryptic and on the 24. she releases a single or even the full album.

along with that she will have the met gala and a few other gigs (bbma) around that time plus the launch of her beauty line at the same time or just a few days later.

if the album is not coming right away, i´m pretty sure it comes right in the second big break in september with massive promotion, i think maybe a itunes festival performance again but this time with the final versions.

The correct strategy is surprise drop a lead single about wanting a married man. The media goes apeshit thinking it's about you know who. Album drops a few weeks after. SNL performance and maybe one interview.

Sorry, that actually saves her every time. Helps make the actual hit song a single that the GP wants and not some flop that Interscope thought. 

Imagine if they didn't test promo singles and we got BDR instead of Poker Face.

Promo singles are the reason we got the edge of glory released as the third single of BTW so yes I agree!
