change the wigs, make some changes on the setlist (for example add perfect illusion and The Cure and remove BDR and The Fame), remix the old songs in a sound like in the teaser, + 1 new song

- Better looks and make up

- A better storyline and setlist, that one was kinda all over the place.

- new versions for the songs she's doing the same songs with the same instrumentals for 10 years

- more exciting technology, cause the only cool and new  thing was that robot thingy and it was over.

I don't know if you targeted me, but I only used this claim for people saying "Shallow" and "Telephone" should be removed when they are one of her biggest hits....
