Holy moly and this sunday we'll get more plus her interviews and red carpet looks! I just watched the Venice Red carpet and she had the longest time in the carpet with every single camera on her and Bradley! Daaaammmnnn guuuurrr we winnin!

I noticed this too that she took a lot of time in the red carpet and went back to the start of the carpet when Bradley left to sign autographs.  :whitney:

I remember an article from a photographer last year saying Gaga is a pro at the red carpet because she takes her time to pose and look at every angle so everyone of the photographers have a decent photo.  He said she makes their job easier.

Gotta love Gaga being giving to the paparazzi. :firega:

A Star is Born is going to go through a turbulent awards season. We’ve already had the anointed debut of glory — including an early leaked review calling it the best film ever — and soon the backlash will hit. It’s not the greatest movie ever made and it’s nowhere near the best film I’ve seen at TIFF so far but it is an exceedingly entertaining musical drama that will utterly delight mainstream audiences. Essentially, this is a review-proof film, maybe the only one at TIFF, so my thoughts are trivial when spouted under that looming shadow. But at least we can enjoy the view.

IMO this is so important. Though it's expected for every award-y film to face backlash at some stage, the backlash for this is going to be so big. I'm lowkey dreading it already. Whether it's from exposure (La La Land), claims of it not being 'important' enough among other releases (The Shape of Water), or just critics overhype (Three Billboards), it's coming. :cryga:

That J

We have a critical hit on our hands.  A critics darling, as they say.

It's so wild how it seems like not very long ago we got the report that Gaga would be starring in a movie, then the report that it would be Bradley Cooper's directorial debut, then how it would be ASIB retelling...

The pics from the set, the word of mouth even then...and the long long wait when the film was pushed back.

Yet here we ARE and it's a million times better than most even imagined.  And it's just beginning.

How amazing this ride has been and I'm so glad I've been on it!  See ya at the theater babies.  Xo
