If the execution was good, ARTPOP could’ve been her Beyoncé self-titled. But knowing how she used to think, she would make something overly controversial so it won’t end well.

other than that, she wouldn’t have sounded as good. While she’s always been a good singer, she is now in her peak vocal-wise. I think she would’ve used more backing/auto tune in 2012. That means less critical acclaim.
