If you check his Instagram stories, he's in Austin, and has been following Gaga ever since she returned on stage. Apart from posting several pics of them being in the studio together, he has been updating us on his locations and they're all Joanne World Tour stops. So I figured (it's obvious I know) he must be the executive producer of the new album since apparently his involvement in the album seems likely to be huge.
