Rob is 18 years older than Gaga.

No he is not. Rob was born in 1976 and Gaga was born in 1986, thats 10 years of a difference

As far as I know he is working at his alma mater and teaching music students about the industry.

He plays local gigs in the NY area from time to time.

Love him or hate him, his talent is still undeniable. He has had ups and downs and for a while struggled with insecurities and depression (understandably) from the whole breakdown between him and Gaga and the fame, etc, etc, etc.

On the other hand, I'm sure it's nothing compared to whatever Gaga had experienced, after all this is a two way street. I personally believe he is not the one who harmed her all those years ago based on conversations I've had with him.

TL, DR:

Troubled guy, great talent, but we'll never know the whole story, nor should we know sordid details.

I saw him a year or two again at the Apple Store in NYC— he was giving a music production demonstration and broke down how paparazzi was created sonically. It was pretty cool as a fan.

THIS. Thankfully you or another good fellow I know here on GGD recorded that demonstration. Like him or not, he is extremely knowledgeable about the science of Gaga's sound of the Fame era in particular.

Wrong.

From Billboard articles:

"The classically trained Livingston, N.J., native broke into the business at the not-so-young age of 29, with a co-writing credit on Destiny's Child's 1998 debut, "No, No, No,"

(In early 2010) " ...may know 41-year-old Rob Fusari as one of the executive producers of the 2.8 million-selling album "The Fame," or as the co-writer of three published Gaga songs..."

Do the math.

You're the first person to discover that afaik. As I recall he wasn't placing his age anywhere publically online, even wikipedia doesn't have it. Not that it's any of our business, but still. I know he played Carnegie Hall at the tender age of 8, which is no small feat.

I mean, he told Billboard his age eight years ago. It's a Billboard article, not a secret diary submission. That's why we know he is around 49.

From court documents, we know that he and Gaga met when she was around the age of twenty.

The court documents probably have their birth dates. It's not hard to find someone's birth year.

Then explain this

1976 - 1986 is 10 years, not 18

On his offical website there is this:

He was 22 when No No No happened. That ties up with what I said earlier

But, you know, Billboard has his birth records:madge:

Someone posted a thread way back when, they recorded the full (I think, I haven’t listened but looks long) audio.

Based on conversations you’ve had with him? Obviously he would try to paint himself in a positive light. No rapist would outright say that they’ve done that, or at least most wouldn’t.
