I had just gotten my driver's license, and I literally had to pull over (I lived in a small town back then so it's not like I was blocking traffic) and listen to it.

About a week later, I went to a nightclub in Rochester and watched Pandora Boxx (pre-Drag Race) perform a lip sync of it.  I recall being amazed that I already knew the entire song by that point.

It was one of the most impactful things that has ever happened to me. No exageration, I remember being SO fascinated with the video and the song was so good but I think if was the video that marked me the most becausd I remember replaying it over and over and just watching it. Idk, it was the fashion, the concept, the aesthetics, it forever changed me.

I thought, "she finally did it". I'd thought she'd had some solid hits, but nothing OUTSTANDING. Like, I was waiting for her to elevate it just that extra bit. Bad Romance was that extra bit. I was floored by how commanding and aggressive it was while also being romantic and very melodic. Best use of her minor verse, major chorus structure to hits.

I instantly thought it was the greatest pop song ever created and that's the moment I became a hardcore Gaga fan.  I was blown away.

I had this song in my mobile. But really did not like it much. Always used to search for best lady gaga songs this used to be at around top.. In 2013 i got access to unlimited internet and downloaded all lady gaga songs. It was then i realised this song was masterpiece. Appearantly i had lowest quality of bad romance some 300kb size and a pathetic basic earphone. I mean how could somebody realise the masterpiece

Love it when you call me legs In the morning, buy me eggs

Saint Hollywood

I was 8 years old, and I was watching a music video countdown on VH1, and Bad Romance came on as a premiere. I hadn't heard the leaked demo (mainly because I didn't know there was one, plus I was eight :selena:) so I reacted to both the song and video simultaneously. I remember being head over heels for the video, and tried to replicate the choreography and all the poses that Gaga did. :firega: I already was a stan because of Just Dance, but this song shattered my innocence and helped in converting me to homosexuality (along with Gimme More). :bon:

I remember thinking the title "Bad Romance" sounded awkward and weird before I heard the song, like "it's just Bad, eh? not something creative like Doomed Romance, or Black Romance, or Death's Romance?" And I listened to the demo when it leaked :emma: Sorry Gagz. I thought it was amazing though. Loved the final version even more. I was saying it with the accents wrong, it sounds dumb if you say Bad RO-mance, but it sounds good if you pronounce it Bad ro-MANCE like she does in the song.

My old cat is a tough man, but i cant deny the way he bites my hand and he stabs me, he grabs me by my heart <3
