Gaga can do what she wants to. She never advertised a M&G neither did it ever say it was. This is a BACKSTAGE Experience. You will get to witness the Soundcheck, have a Tour Backstage AND at the end get a Picture with her to capture the moment. This is the first show and she was running late. Things will change over the course of the tour, for better and worse. It's too early to form an opinion this harsh about something that was just a series of unfortunate events (Running Late, Rehearsing for too long etc.).

I'm overreacting then how? By writing what happened and asking for your opinion? + I just wrote all of the possible reasons just like you: it was the first show, she was just nervous and anxious because of that, they were late and had technical problems.... Go back to my first post and read all of that. Fans aren't here to blindly accept every single thing artist does- we can also talk and discuss, that's why forums exist. I didn't even criticize her and wasn't rude, so I don't see where is the problem. Just wanted to ask you.

Hell no I didn't mean that. I thought that she may be punishing them because of a group of monsters/tiny minority that is always rude by being so distant during M&G time. But for a billionth time, let's wait and see next shows. I am not saying it will be like this the whole time.

But it's not a m&g, it's only a photo opportunity. She isn't obliged to hug and chat with each ticket holder. You get what you pay for, and they certainly did.

I know that some fans were sh*t to her this era, complaining about everything, but you can't tell me that can be a valid excuse for her doing this. So what do you think? You think she was maybe nervous because it was a first show and they had some problems before? Maybe they were late or something? You think that was the reason or you think this JWT Meet&Greet will really be so distant at all the shows this time? Hope she will relax after a few shows and be more talkative..  If this behavior continues I will be really sad, not mad, bc I always liked that special relationship between us.. And this is just.. weird.. Idk

She is NOT punishing anyone. She is human too, you know? What do you feel if someone you thought would be on your back no matter actually  judging on and criticize you for changing, especially if it is something personal, or when she did some mistakes? Of course you'd be more distant than you were before. It's that "do I really know you at all?" thing. And last night was the first show where she will meet fans again. She tweeted herself, she feels nervous. Perhaps all the hurtful words addressed to her make her feel that way and she feel unsure how the crowds will react to this show? It is more to what she feels than what fans feel. Be considerate tbh.

Also, stop comparing this thing with BTW Ball. She always mentioned BTW Ball were made for Monsters. Hence the tight knit atmosphere. Besides, not like people were not complaining back then, many fans thinks what she did with Monster Pit were unfair, cos only certain fans that have huge fortune, or tragic sob stories, got picked to backstage, and they'd rather pay for met and greet ticket than that. Also, back then, she was still in this way of thinking that all her monsters supports her creativity no matter what she do. That everyone were her friends. But then her hips broke, and ARTPOP happen, and everything changed. She sees how Troy is. And she must have realized not all fans like changes. And that most fans put her in certain box that she doesn't want to be in. Besides, artRAVE were having paid meet&greet too. 

Also, people who got the VIP tickets can't really complain. It is mentioned how the backstage experience will be and what kind of photo op will happen. And by buying it, costumer agreed to be bound by every Terms & Condition tied to it. So, yeah, y'all shouldn't complain tbh. Y'all had the choice and choose to get the VIP package anyway.

Another thing, the photo op this time are happening right before the show starts. There are not much time left to chat, individual pictures, and such cos she need to be ready and get on stage unlike before. Why she can't do this after show? Who knows? Maybe she tired after show and just want to rest? Maybe the pain on her body especially her hips is getting worse but she just can't tell but keep it to herself and close friends? Just realize she is not 20 anymore and lots of things changes since.

Most Meet & Greets I have done (a lot!) had solo pics (some for more than 200-300 people) and almost all of them were done BEFORE the respective shows too. And everyone got a few minutes to chat. There is time, you just schedule everything to start at five in the afternoon or so.

but in the end this package is NOT a m&g, they call it the backstage experience. see the difference:

"Pre show group professional photo with Lady Gaga (groups of 6)"

i know it sucks but that's the reason i didn't get those tickets cause i knew it wouldn't be the same.

hopefully with more shows she will be at ease and take more time to talk for a few minutes but in the end it only said you get a pic, not a m&g.

I can understand being annoyed if ya'll paid $$$ for M&G, but one thing, Gaga might not  have been up for it. Yeah you can say "well they shouldn't offer meet and greet packages", but I guarantee Gaga had little say in that - after all it is business and money.

Imagine the poor woman meeting random fans when she is already nervous to begin with. If I was doing that, I would be wrecked with anxiety and stress cause all I would want to do is relax and chill especially with it being the first show.

I honestly think if you catch her on a good day she will chat to fans for ages, but this might not have been one of these times  Wait and see till future dates and then make an evaluation.

It was the first show, and she was really nervous, so she probably had a lot of things running through her mind. Honestly, we shouldn't be shaming her for not being 110% attentive, of course, having a hug and having a conversation is nice and all, but you could see why she was a bit distant, it's not like she was consciously thinking "These people hated Joanne, so I'm not going to bother being kind to them," not at all, but she was just nervous, it's perfectly fine and normal.

Also, it's the first show, so she'll get the hang of things as time goes on.

First off, she'll ALWAYS be mama monster and we will always be her little monsters whom she loves more than words can ever express. I mean she has "little monsters", "mother monster", and a"monster paw" permanently inked on her body. If we didn't mean as much to her, she would've gotten them lasered off. It is pretty evident that if we want to get a chance to talk with her or get a quick picture or autograph from her then we will have to wait until she leaves the venue in her car. And for those of you who say "she doesn't do that anymore", please hush. This is a new era and she can do what she wants. Yes, it is upsetting for those of us who bought the Backstage Experience, but we knew the wording of the package and still bought the tickets. 

Like many of you are saying, this was her first stop on the tour and she was obviously hella nervous, and on top of that, hella late. I have hope that by November 28 everything will be situated and she might even be able to chat even if it is just for a minute or two. 

I'm really thinking that some stops on the tour are going to get to talk with her at later dates and others are just going to have to take that quick picture and suck it up. Doesn't seem fair, but is what will probably happen. 

I'm anxious to see info about the next Backstage Experience experience from the next tour stop. We still didn't find out how the arrangement of the picture went. That is something that would be important to me because who wants strangers in their pictures with Gaga? Again, I know I am the one who made the decision to purchase the ticket. But if I had more information on how to get be closest to Gaga in the photo, why wouldn't I use it?

Maybe if you learned the art of READING COMPREHENSION, you would see that the backstage experience offered exactly what was advertised. Honestly, she needs to just stop interacting with the fans. They are nothing but ungrateful brats who think Gaga is supposed to bow down to their every beck and call. Hopefully next tour there are NO opportunities to formally meet her.
