Well maybe the OP (and logic dictates) thought that it would be unwise to put out music out of nowhere without any promotion whatsoever so the most logical and wise decision is to put out music after a performance globally streamed. Instead of putting it out next week or month, the OP thought Gaga's team would put it out right after the Dive Bar Show, since it would help it gain attention. No because I think they would interfere with each other. Could be that buzz will be taken away by TC and I think her team tries to avoid it. They sure want as much buzz as possible for the new song.
