I had to listen to the final version and I can juuust hear it. I remember her singing that live during a performance or two as well, so I was surprised to hear it that way in the demos! I've realised that some of her 'ad-libbing' in her live performances (which I thought was spontaneous, or an after-thought when the songs were finished) are actually old ideas from the demos. Woo hoo!" but I was wrong Also just another thing to appreciate about MJH that some people miss: the background vocals of "I think we'd have a good time" just says "I think we'd" which obvs sounds like "I think weed" I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
