Gaga Needs To Promote The Cure

Gaga needs a new manager, new stylist, and a new team overall. Everything's been terribly planned and badly promoted since Applause, if not since Judas.

Her iTunes sales have been increasing for the past few days, as of now, she's at #33 on the US iTunes chart (according to kworb).

I wouldn't expect too much promo for this song though, like, she's busy doing other things, she's not going to do promo, and if she is, it's not going to be whole lot. I think that one of the main reasons why she decided to release The Cure was because she needed a song that could stand on it's own. For a song that was a surprise release, with little to no promo from Gaga herself, I'd say that it's doing very well. It's having green updates, it's getting more radio plays, and I think pretty soon we may have a great hit.

Gaga is an international superstar with one of the largest and loyal fan bases, and is loved and respected immensely by the GP and her peers. At this point, the position of a single on the charts has little on her place in music history. I think her current management and team is doing just fine.

What you mentioned is not relevant to the topic. Every artist needs to promote their work. Nobody just drops a single, these days. And how much the world respects her has nothing to do with how much money she generates for her label to allow her the necessary budget to create the epic works she got famous for.

Don't forget that since TEOG and Judas and her singles are being released on days when sales don't count to charts, artworks being mediocre, stuff leaking way too early, other stuff getting cancelled. I'm not saying this to criticize her, but to shed light on the real problems with her career.
