Oscars rarely ever have performances. Last year there was controversy cause 3 artists were allowed to perform their Best Song nominated songs out of the 5 that were nominated. It's a packed ceremony with award after award = another reason Gaga and Smith weren't allowed to sing their full songs. Which only makes me think this is 1) 70% not happening and 2) 30% happening but no a promo slot for her. It's a celebration of movies and if she were to perform, it would be songs related to a movie, in 2015's case, a tribute for The Sound of Music. I actually think that 2015 performance is the reason why Gaga was offered the role in A Star Is Born. Thank God Gaga was invited to perform. Oh ok, hmm. I thought that just meant they were not associated with the nominated songs but that they could still perform them.
