ARTPOP didn't get that pleasure and quickly died. A 3rd single probably won't arrive or be promoted until april/may. The effect of that will be another boost to the album. I imagine it'll be promoted like Judas/teog was on similar shows and platforms. That'll be a long boost through the start of the tour and will take her to Europe at the right time too.
