Just because your friends like it doesn't mean they represent the entire General Public. Most people in the world don't even know it exists. I would say the majority that watched just thought "mehh" since the views are tragic and it's really not reflecting any difference with it's sales. The "GP loves it" is just a safety blanket of an excuse to defend a low quality music video when in reality most people outside of this fan base couldn't care less about it.
