So either the reporter didn't know Joanne was out and thinks Oct. 21 is "early".......or they know something we do not. But how would they find out about a new album? Maybe they think ASIB is being released Q1 of 2018 and the soundtrack would come out before? :huh:

Usually, but seems like this time NFL invited Gaga and they really didn't pay anything. There were always rumors when it was about katy\beyoncé but none really strong about gaga paying tbh

Its too far ahead. Especially for Gaga and her label. This early it would be a "this is slated for a late 2017 release or, "Q4". 

They probably made the graphic for this last year and didn't change it.
