Just see what I have to say: In the preview we see it following after PI. And we see 3 cars. Right? What if after Gaga escaped prison (Telephone) she ended up at a mental institute? (Somewhat representing her trauma with ARTPOP and past life) But she escapes again --> gets high and that's what we see in PERFECT ILLUSION. I think the MR video will be a throwback how she ended up at the mental institute after escaping from the police in Telephone and how she ends up at the mental institute.
