The same percentage of gays are born in every country, there are just some countries where gays are taught to hide their sexuality and live a straight lifestyle. Birth rate has to do with how developed a country is, how educated they are, and their culture. But education and development are the two main factors in birth rate, culture is secondary to those two causes because culture is affected by them both.
