I walked out from my study after listening to it several times and told my boyfriend it was better than sex. I agree with others, it had such a Brooklyn nights vibe. It reminds me of Dance in The Dark somewhat too in how it makes me feel, probably not musically. Easily my favourite song on the album. I wish she would do a whole album of nostalgic new york songs that sound like this, but then Brooklyn nights is also one of my favourites. I dig the whole album musically but LOVE this. Yes it's about her friend Sonja, who has stage 5 cancer. Sonja was a member of the Haus of Gaga and has known Gaga for years.
