Musically, it's basically the bottom of the ladder.

For musical elitists, in a way.

Yes and when we are into our future and looking back, we'll see that she has a great legacy and did so much better than we all had thought, while living throughout it, during her and our time.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

Thank you Gaga

Honestly, I am happy as long as shes happy. I am so exited for lg5 and I don`t even care if it takes  5 years to finish. I am still exited. I loved every single era to be honest. I loved The Fame, The Fame monster, Born This Way, ARTPOP, Cheek to Cheek, even before she was famous and made Red and Blue. She just makes me happy and I want her to know how much she has done for me. Paws up forever.

I believe in a glamorous life

I'm bored with her at the moment, but that's only because she's not giving us anything.

I think she's had a great career so far, although she might have peaked a little too early commercially. Artistically though, I think she's evolving in the right direction and that the best is yet to come.

I think she wasted so much of her 20s going awol...2012-2013 then 2014-now again. It should have been the most creative prolific time of her career...your 20s always should be and now that's a period she'll never get back. Bowie and prince both released 10 plus albums in their 20s.

There is a skill and discipline that is required to sustain a career at top commercial level...don't belittle those that do because gaga didn't have the mental and physical strength to do it.

I was actually making the same point as you.

You have to be aware of your faves failings...it's like when Beyoncé fans belittle singles. The Beatles were essentially a "quick lil singles" band ya know?

This.  I'm very happy with how her career is going.

Gaga does not fit into that mold.  Her concern is artistry, creativity, exploring all her potentials, and doing what she wants.  She believes there are more important things than maximum commercial success.  I think the world doesn't believe an artist can actually think that way, given the pressures of the industry.  The world measures an artist based in charts, sales, and awards, not on what an artist brings to the table artistically.

I live outside the space time continuum.

Of course! :staymad:

I love most of what she's done 'til now. For me, there's just pure joy and honesty in everything she does. She's created her own lane in the music industry. Even when the whole world turns against her sometimes, she keeps going. Every era is a surprise.

And of couse she's not perfect, but who is perfect anyway?

For the most part, I'm very happy with what she's done with her career. She's released great music that's affected so many people, myself included, for the better. She really is both an inspiration and a phenomenal entertainer. There have been some moments that were not too good for her, but focusing on what she has accomplished, I can't say I'm disappointed. I'm proud to be a fan.
