It became almost official at the iTunes Festival during her speech before she performed Swine. So I wasn't surprised when she publicly started to talk about it. I remember a user pointed out a long time ago that the diaper and the stuff that's over her boobs is used for women who have had an abortion. My main question is that she looks like she was injured from the rape because she has bruises on her back during the hospital scene but when gaga described her rape in interviews, it actually sounded like a non violent scenario.
