At least we got the performance, best moment of the whole night, so so brilliant! They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be. But at the end the day, they still won because their song helped raise awareness of a very important issue. We can't win them all guys. After the heartbreaking performance, after the on point campaign, after all the rebuilding image operation, she finally lost BUT this time the GP is ON HER SIDE. TIHTY is ranking higher than the winner song, I believe a lot of people are thinking that Gaga losing was unfair, and that people is already buying the song, and also buying Gaga as the good one of this Oscars Ceremony. The GP tends to put on the side of the loser when they believe that the defeat is unfair. One thing that annoyed GP of Gaga's peak was that she was always winning, and then they abandon her, and they choose the side of other popstars, or even Adele that at the time represented the total opposite than Gaga. Then Gaga lost, and don't stop losing and failing until the 2015's oscars ceremony, and till then won back the GP on her side, last night she lost an award but put the GP on her side for good. Yes, everyone here wanted Gaga to win, but it didnt happen, but it won a gay man in a music industry that promotes heterosexual men who act stupid or bad and he mentioned Gaga in his speech in a way that it showed that he totally cared. He can have the award, some of the most popular things people are talking about are Leo and Gaga's performance. LastNight 5,935 Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 It's such a shame that they didn't win, I would have loved to have seen their acceptance speech: it would have been very moving I'm sure. I feel bad for Dianne more so than Gaga, the woman has been nominated so many times and this would have been a really wonderful song to win with! It was so obvious that they were going to win and then they didn't, it was very odd. I say this not because I'm a Gaga fan but because it's true; they seemed to get so much press, had a great Oscars campaign, Gaga herself seems to have been angling to get on the side of the Academy for a couple of years when you think about it. Plus that stunning performance right before the category, it just seemed set up perfectly. Never mind, you can't win them all and she has her whole career ahead of her to win more awards - what was really important was that she got to perform that song on such an incredible platform and that's a wonderful thing to be able to take away from this.
