Beyoncé has always let her music do the speaking for her.

A lot of people seem to be throwing petty shade at Beyoncé for not posting a picture of Kesha on IG (since its been established that she doesn't even use Twitter), and I just wanted to point out that she has always let her music speak for her.

For instance, when people such as Keri Hilson and others were attacking her and calling her foul names publicily, she released this:

When her husband was infamously physically attacked in the elevator by her sister, she released this:

And finally, she chose to address the  Illumanti rumors, police brutality in the black community, Hurricane Katrina, her race, and people attacking her child in this manner:

These are just a few moments where she has allowed her music to express her feelings. Bey has never been the type to directly address anything on social media.

She was silent during the Trayvon Martin trial, the Sandra Bland case, and countless other issues that have rocked the nation. I think its disgusting for people to say that she doesn't care about women or is a fake feminist because she won't post a ****ing tweet. I'm tired of everyone pitting women against each other and being so damn petty and misogynistic. This entire situation is complicated for everyone involved. We don't know who has spokwn to Kesha privately, and we have no clue who is going to do what in the future. Its just disgusting.

It's science, bitch

Enough is enough Beyonce has never interacted with the public in this manner and don't expect her to do it know!

Lmao at you thinking that beyonce is a saint and she does nothing wrong. But oh well, isn't that how she portraits herself, she's "flawless" at the end of the day.

Waiting for her antirape song then. Very feminist of her. :green:

Beyoncé is not a saint. I have noticed several shady things she's done over the years as a fan, and I even laugh at them sometimes. Just like I do with Gaga and my other faves.

But in this instance, I think its ridiculous to attack her stance on feminism because she didn't tweet Kesha. Where is the logic?

Yeah I totally agree with the OP. After 2010 Beyoncé hasn't been the same tbh. She took her career in her hands and has been doing eveyrthing her way - 4 and BEYONCÉ being the prime examples of what she wants and where she wants to be musically compared to her first 3 albums. It's the same with media - she is just not wasting time and you could never blame her for that. Putting her thoughts in the music is actually 100x better and more effective.

In 5 years nobody will remember that Gaga tweeted support for Kesha but Formation and Flawless will be there as a legacy (so will Born This Way). Also I was thinking that Bey might be using these events (in Formation) to promote her music and new album. Capitalising on such stuff would be shallow but then I remembered Formation was released for free, right? I hate the song but after all it's about spreading the message. Next time I hope she would make good music with it. :flop:
