This is untrue actually, I follow MITUS the producer (he follows me too) and he tweeted that SS only wanted previously unreleased songs for it's soundtrack, he's however trying to get it on Batman V Superman

It makes more sense for it to be used in Batman v Superman.

Suicide Squad doesn't take place in Gotham City. Some of the flashback scenes with Joker and Harley might be set in Gotham (we see Batman on top of Jokers car in the trailer), but the majority of the film will be set in Midway City.

I doubt she'd listen since he was one producer she didn't like working with hence why they only did 3 songs together and only released one
