Forgiveness is more about yourself than it is about the other person. Holding on to past hurts only ends up being toxic to yourself. Also, to forgive others allows you to forgive yourself for mistakes you've made in the past. This is for all people, not just you. That's how I "dared" to make that statement....it's a truth for everyone. What you said was that you have had more to forgive people over, insinuating that you know everything that has happened in my life and can compare it to your life, and that is why I said "now, how would you know that".
