Why are you making multiple threads about this situation? IT WAS A COLLAB WE KNEW IT WASN'T GAGAS SONG ORIGINALLY! GAGA CAN WRITE MUSIC ON HER OWN!

SO STOP!

She didn't claim she wrote it, stop being stupid. She writes songs for HER ALBUMS, The Hunting Ground is not her album

She changed some lines and melody, and that's enough for being credited, once again she didn't claim she wrote the whole song

Yeah,  she steals credits all the time.  Haven't you heard? Credit not the bling.

I feel like this is more the exception than a rule. Other than some particular situations with ARTPOP, she more than likely starts all her songs bare-bones.

Even then, I find it interesting her contributions to this song are more unorthodox than what we usually get from her- musical and production arranging and alterations, rather than a heavily lyrical contribution.

REALITY

Was this suppose to be a sarcastic/funny post? If so, it's not.

Spoiler

And to answer the question, no, she actually writes her own music.

No.

It is an example of how Beyonce "writes" her music, however.

Most of them don't write very much at all not sure about Beyonce but if you look at the lyrics sites you see the song writers. I found one who had 700 or more over 20 years or so in all sorts of types of music and I checked some of the lyrics and they were practically the same just 'can't live without you' rephrased over and over. I find these kind of songs not real love songs, that they are harmful due to the repetitive nature of the message that is not expansive about love and sort of desperate that just one person is everything and then if you lose them ofcourse the heartbreak is much worse and while obsessing with this sort of 'love' the bigger love is forgotten and any which what can happen while the public are focused on their 'love' lives.
