She doesn't look too bad with some of the work she's done in the past but these past months holy ****. I'm sorry but you can't deny she looks like a ****ing monster here: 

And yes, it is her face and she can do whatever the **** she wants but I will still comment on it because she's my favorite Pop star and I care about her. It's sad watching someone DESTROY their face. I hope she goes back to looking normal. I don't mind her doing her lips at times or small treatments but this is a plastic, botox injected, Kardashian resembling BEAST and not the Gaga I know. 

I'm being a hypocrite for being so harsh but my God how can people justify this?

I'm not too familiar with recognizing botox, so I'm not sure how to determine whether or not the stuff she has in her face in the video is permanent or not .

In my uninformed mind, a low amount of temporary fillers can still achieve the same effect as botox, because they cause the skin to tighten. Add to that make-up, a dozain dermological treatments (and laser treatments?) and the occasional use of tape, and you'll get a tight, "flawless" face as well. 

But eh, in all honesty I'm not too mad about using botox to get rid of some wrinkles or something (not a big fan either, but I can understand it). It's mainly the huge cheekbones and the lips which genuinly change the shape of her face that are my concern in my past posts. Those can most definitely still shrink down.

And regardless of this theorizing I think we should all remember that we go around assuming things when we don't know all the facts . I'm just gonna stick to my optimism and base my thoughts on what we know about her from the past 6 years, rather than crucifying her about something when she didn't even explain herself about it yet.

Well, she can barely move her eyebrows and she can't manage a frown.

I'm personally upset about the botox because it just sends a horrible message to her fans. It's not ok and it should never be ok to escape "your age" (as if 29 is old enough to start trying to look younger - alarming to say the least). Maybe it's normal for any other celebrity, but this is not just some celebrity. This is Lady Gaga.

The Countess is a beauty-obsessed ageless vampire that is meant to look as inhuman and emotionless as possible. How does that not fit with the looks Gaga has right now?

The timing is a bit weird, considering she's almost done with filming. But, again, it would almost make even less sense if it was for personal purposes, as she could've easily waited until after filming was done (as she is almost finished anyway).

I just hate how people say why should I care how she looks. Seems like I only can comment on her looks when she looks good. She's a visual icon almost above else, of course I will comment about her looks.

Botox might not be for AHS, she's maybe insecure about her wrinkles, but fillers in cheeks and plumped lips seem to be for specific looks she/they wanted for AHS, how else you interpret that IG post?

That's the point. If she had done all of this just when filming began, of course it would make sense. But now it just doesn't, she probably is done with filming and she had this procedure by herself. If she's still filming I don't know how they will cover up her face, lol.

As I said, it would have made sense at the start of the filming, but now, why the Countess suddenly would have bigger lips out of nowhere? Idk it's weird.

This is actually kinda scary. Yes people get older within 7 years but their face doesn't change so drastically like Gagas. If she continues to do these injections I'm scared to see how she'll look in her mid 30s.

Which is exactly why I'm doubting that it is purely due to personal insecurities. Her statements about not wanting to compete with 20 year olds and "exploding" into her 30s came out little more than a week ago. She has said it time and time again, and even purpusely tried to look older during the C2C era. I doubt hiding her age is a factor for her. It goes so completely against things she has said in the (recent) past that I personally think she doesn't have "traditional" motives to do this.

I could be the most wrong person on this forum but it's the only way I can make sense of it right now .

Either that or she's an even more of a walking contradiction than I already believe her to be.

And the 30s thing was more about artistry imo. I mean, you can actually interpret it in a way that would defend her botox: trying to prove her worth post-30's by looking younger than she is to show she can still compete. It could perfectly be part of her strategy. But it doesn't make it less ugly to me.

And the looking older thing could've worked in her advantage (in her mind) in the C2C era because she was basically in front of a mature audience (that was her target audience these last two years anyway), trying to prove she wasn't just some inexperienced pop starlet. Just my thoughts.

I feel the same way. I love and care about Gaga but I'm not gonna be a sheep and say "she can do what she wants" I'm going to voice my opinion and say she looks bizarre now. Even if she had eyebrows here she would still look unrecognizable. What's sad is that a lot of her fans aren't aware that even though that stuff wears off, it doesn't mean your face will look the same as it did before. Her face will always look different now.
