I think it might have to do with the vocals being recorded for tour use and Interscope is the one who has the call on their release. This intro is made by Paul himself so he is okay to post it, but once the new audio of Gagas vocals is on it it may somehow violate terms of use or something since Gaga is "their" artist and they own the rights to those recordings.
