Thanks There's no true HD version of Paparazzi if that's what you're looking for. Fuse just airs an upconverted version, it's barely better than the version on Youtube, you really can't even tell the difference unless you watch them side by side. EDIT: Also, the version that Fuse has in the countdown is edited down to ~5 minutes whereas the full video is over 7 min. The video itself is just 1 hr 23 minutes of basically all of Gaga's videos and misc. clips. There's nothing new here and some of the videos are edited. Most of them are pretty crappy quality too. Don't waste your time. Fortunately, I got this video through other means which was a lot faster/easier so I didn't waste my time with Fileserve.
