AgusPop 4,162 Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 Homophobic bigots are freaking out about Doritos this week, upon the news that the popular cheesy chip-maker is releasing a special rainbow-colored bag in partnership with the It Gets Better Project, a non-profit established by s-x advice columnist Dan Savage to combat mental illness and suicide in LGBT youth Here are some of the more over-the-top responses: "Cheese dust will turn you kids gay" "Doritos are a product marketed to children, so they make the perfect gateway snack to introduce children to the joys of homos-xuality," writes Ed Straker of the ironically named American Thinker website. "What business does PepsiCo have pushing homos-xuality on our kids?" While Straker classifies the different colored Doritos – "green are homos-xual, the pink are lesbian" – he fails to tell readers how many chips you have to eat in order to turn gay. "What's next, rainbow Cheerios? Maybe the Doritos fag bags come with a toy dildo?" writes one thoughtful gentleman. "I'm sick of the liberal left shoving godlessness and immorality down our throats," tweets another. "Clearly inspired by Satan" And some funny answers: "Science should come up with a way to exterminate raindbows from the sky when they appear, I think there are some gays behind it, you know, like the Batman sign in Gotham City, signing you straight (npi) into gayfull bliss. Parents all over the world must be terrified when it rains and the sun comes through" "So, I should have stayed away from the Skittles..... The hell I lived in, but now I know it was just the GD Skittles all along!! (Maybe skittles, AND all the episodes of Care Bears I watched as a kid" "Gay men generally don't munch on anything triangular." "Funny, there ARE rainbow Cheerios, they're called Fruity Cheerios and they released in 2006." They say "Don't push this on to me and my kids!!"as if the LGBT community and doritos are trying to indoctrinate everyone, when in reality these people are just refusing to support a non-profit organization that combats mental illness and suicide in LGBT youth.They see an attempt to prevent suicide and mental health issues in our community and cry that we are pushing our s-xuality out into the public too much. Everyone is always SO OFFENDED these days! 2015- the year everyone was offended by everything!" whenever you point out examples of racism.Yet here they are.
