I'm not sure really, I didn't use the forum when ARTPOP was announced  I did hear about some sign being tattooed by fans which seems more reasonable because I think it's easier to fall for imagery than a word. Then again I may be totally wrong and when the guy got the tattoo Miley had already explained what Bangerz was all about and he loved the idea of it - I'm not going to judge his choices at the end of the day

Well speaking purely about him I think it's peculiar that he got the name of an album tattooed before hearing the album  I mean it could've been worse, what if he got the tattoo and then she changed the album name
