Alphaz 7,956
I don't like the back and forth concept, and the B&Wbut it's a great first episode nonethelesshopefully episode 2 will be better after watching episode 1, I get the feeling Glenn will die this season
Ambrosia 3,775
HEATH!! What a great addition; love him already! Was the Peanut Butter thing between Michonne and Morgan an inside joke or a nod to the comic fans? :) I know the b/w was to stress the not-so-distant past and current, but I couldn't help but think of the fact that AMC has reshown this series strictly in b/w which apparently gives it a very cool effect. I thought it was a great opener and am really looking forward to see what's in store and who was trying to foil the best laid plans??? I thought it was a great opener and am really looking forward to see what's in store and who was trying to foil the best laid plans??? The peanut butter thing made Morgan seem a little childish..... It's difficult enough to be thought of as an effective Zombie Killer....Do you want some jam with that peanut butter protein bar Morgan? Maybe the Wolves were responsible for the Horn to reverse the walking dead. Mars..........or bust!

It was just a callback to season 3, when Michonne stole some of his food while he was unconscious. "The mat said welcome." It was cute to see them joking about it. Morgan's only ever met Rick, Carl and Michonne before now. I liked the little reference to it. :P

Yes, even Carol is acting timid. I know she does that around the original Alexandrians but I thought Morgan was in their circle of friends. I 'spose they don't fully trust him yet - it's been so long although he's proving himself to be true. For the first time since S1; E2, Glenn made a reference to being a pizza delivery person. I liked that one too. Do not do to others what angers you if done to you by others. -Socrates

I liked that one too. Carol doesn't really know Morgan yet, so I think she's just playing it safe even though Rick and the others trust him. The funny thing is, you can tell by Morgan and Carol's interaction that he totally knows she's putting on an act. I liked Glenn's reference, too. I wish they'd throw out more references to the character's lives beforehand. I've read Sasha was meant to be firefighter, for example, but I don't remember this ever being mentioned on the show. I'm curious about their pasts.
ryhanna 3,507
I liked episode 2 a lot more. Carol going all sneaky assassin was outstanding!

Knife 6,888
Morgan's zen, "everyone deserves a chance" B.S. is lame. Not only did he let the enemy escape, but he armed them in the process. Someone's going to end up dead because of his actions, and I wouldn't mind if it was him. Carol continuing to go into beast mode to save everyone. Yaasss. Jase 13,317
DAMN, season 6 just exploded. Enid is clearly a spy for the Wolves
Ambrosia 3,775
I was a bit disappointed in Morgan this episode - I thought he had more sense than that. If someone is brutally murdering your peeps with an ax, yeah, I think that's the green light to defend yourself any way you know how. Even Jesse has more balls than he did.I'm beginning to enjoy Carol more and more. I love how she blends in to survive. She dressed as one of the Wolves, she smeared blood and gore all over to help them escape Terminus, and she dresses as a meek and dutiful ex-housewife complete with ugly floral print sweater to fit in with the community. Great episode - strong enough to have been the season opener. And we STILL have the Walkers coming their way... not to mention they are probably also in the rig that crashed against the fence.
